Being a Mum of two young boys I know what its like to have to deal with all kinds of situations at the drop of a hat and then to try and do it mindfully and consciously!  And I’m also very familiar with the guilt when we don’t.  Whether your looking for practical solutions or emotional based work I’m happy to help.
